Q. How long is processing and shipping? Please allow 2-3 days processing time depending on the item! Shipping time is 2-3 day priority but it is not guaranteed since we are still in a pandemic and USPS is still delaying!
Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?
NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES! If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on our part, we will be sure to correct it! NO EXCHANGES!
Q. I received my order and my box was damaged. What should I do?
All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office handling our packages. We put fragile stickers and try our best to protect our products with bubble wrap.
Q. My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?
If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!
Q. When do you restock products?
It Depends on the item, all updates are posted.
Q. What days do you ship out orders?
Monday and Thursday. DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS! JUST BECAUSE THESE ARE SHIPPING DAYS, DOES NOT GUARANTEE, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THAT DAY!! Due to the pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
Q. Who do you ship with?
The Post Office, USPS. Our packages deliver with your mail delivery.
Q. How long is shipping?
If it is a first class package, 2-3 days. If it is a priority package, 2 days. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME!! ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED OUT ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS! It also depends on the Post Office. Due to the pandemic, Items and tracking information are taking longer than usual!

Yes we ship everywhere!
